I Booked to my daughter today because she needs to detangling her hair they gave me an appointment at 3:30 with Carolina , when I arrived I wait for 2 mins then Carolina came and before even my daughter sat down at the chair she told me unfortunately we won’t be able to do your daughter’s hair today because she will need at least 3 hours and we close at 5:00 and she said that before even she looked at her hair or touched it ,so first of all if so why did you book me at 3:30 and leave me to come to the salon and told me after I came that there will be no enough time, second how did you assume that her hair will take 3 hours that was so unprofessional she told me it will cost me $100 per hour which doesn’t make sense at all , so I have to pay $300 to only detangling my daughter’s her . She wasn’t nice at all when talking to me , that wasn’t the first time by the way to be not nice , I booked before to my other daughter to have her hair done , her hair was good and I have no comment but my comment also was about Carolina she wasn’t nice at all I don’t know why but I didn’t want to judge her then but when I saw her today I remembered her and she was the same way , she wasn’t nice and not welcoming at all . I will never come back again to that place
