I’ve never been one to stick with a stylist, as I usually leave appointments feeling either unsatisfied or just not a great connection — until I met Kaleigh. She’s fast, efficient, and absolutely nails the cut and color every single time. In fact, three of my girlfriends started booking with her after seeing my hair! On top of that, she’s such a lovely person and we always have great chats. Highly recommend!

However, during the conversation, there were a few times she tapped my head with her fingers, and because of her nails, it actually hurt a bit. I felt it was disrespectful. My head is not a table. On top of that, she had this arrogant expression on her face the whole time, that made me uncomfortable, I originally wanted to book Savannah，she doesn’t have this kind of attitude and made me wanna go back to the salon to cut my hair, but unfortunately, I mixed up the names and ended up with the wrong stylist assigned by the receptionist...
