- BPBrittany PetreFeb 20, 20261.0Been coming to this location for a long time, they are usually amazing! Today (Feb 20, 2026) was the first time I got a bad haircut at the Beaumont location. I told her to cut it just short enough that I can still get it into a ponytail. It is too short for a ponytail 🫠 she tried to tell me it was my fault because she asked me when she was cutting it. She did say “is this okay” and I said yes. But it’s not like I can even see the back of my head. She should have just did what I asked. She was very rude and not sympathetic at all, just straight to the blame game. I honestly don’t even care that much that my hair looks like garbage, it will grow but her toilety attitude is the real reason for this review. That lady should not be working with the public, she should be at a desk by herself, away from human contact.
