- ZZZeroDec 31, 20252.0I went here for a haircut yesterday afternoon, I’m not sure the stylists name, she was an older woman with brown hair. she did not listen to me at all and her customer service was appalling. I had asked her if we could take a little more length off the bottom because she hadn't confirmed if the length she took off was enough, and she responded snarkiky “this is why you need to tell us things or we just keep doing the same haircut.” I had asked her to shag my hair and I wanted shorter layers going down to the ends(shorter at the top longer at the bottom) she did a blunt cut at the bottom of my hair which I did not ask for. While we were taking length off my bangs I asked her if we could start slow and only take a bit off so I could see how the length fell. I said “we can always take more off” This woman straight up told me no and bickered back that we were deciding the length of my bangs now or she was going to charge me more. I took cosmetology for a few years and this is very upsetting, when dealing with a client you are to NEVER argue with them about what they want. I’m extremely disappointed with my hair as it looks nothing like what I asked for. Mind you I had shown my Stylist a reference photo of the length I’d like (WHICH WAS A PHOTO OF ME WITH SAID LENGTH) And any comments I had made about asking to trim more or less was ignored. I’m disappointed and frustrated that Every-time I seem to get a haircut I’m ignore and Argued with. I will not be returning to this location as the experience lead me to believe that my opinions and Requests are not heard here.

I just usually get a trim with some added layers due to having medium length curly hair. The team here know how to cut curly hair; which I am so grateful for. Kudos to this team! I forget names sadly but I have had my curls cut by the first ladies who station’s are on the left side. Been going to this location for over a year now. Sorry I don’t remember names.
