Raymond the store owner and his partner are the best people. Saved me in a big time pinch. Coming back down south from up on the dempster highway with two low tires and a blow out and they were willing to meet me at 1130 at night on a SATURDAY and worked until the wee hours of the night. To be a store owner and still bang out tires past midnight is unheard of, let alone on the weekend. Strong work ethic and dedication this guy has. If you put your trust into this store you will not be disappointed. Best service I’ve ever received at a tire shop in all of western Canada in my years trucking. Thank you again for saving the day

Went here to have my all season tires installed. I notice that front tires are not seated properly and asked them if they can redo it for my peace of mind. They said yes, waited for 4 hours. When i returned, I asked the guy if they tried to redo it, he said yes. Went in the car and i realized tire PSI did not even changed. It means nothing was done, no dirt on the tires no whatever i asked for them. I guess visual check is what they are good at and they are too lazy to accommodate a simple request. I would not go here again.

My first experience with fountain tire is not going great so far, this is the first time this has ever happened to me. I got my tires changed here in February and within a couple of days the first lug nut popped off (so it’s just the broken screw stuck in our tire). But we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately now a couple days ago 2 more popped off!! We don’t live in Whitehorse so we’d have to drive into town with only 2 working on our tire. I’m not sure how this happened as we have been mainly driving highways and roads. I mean some roads can be pretty rough around a community but that’s crazy. I hope they can help fix their mistake.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
