I have sent two emails where I have initiated communication with no response, as well as two emails that have said “if you have questions please reply to this email” with no response, and I have also left two vehicle maintenance messages with no response. That’s 6 attempts of contact in written context with no response and multiple failed phone calls…. To me, this says a lot about how you feel about your customers….. I’m betting that there will be an automated response to this review about how someone will contact me about the service. SMH
