- MGMichael GrayOct 21, 20251.0Well I’ve been a taking me fleet vehicles here for almost 8 years now and I think that stops after my last oil change. Left the shop and Started home and my engine overheats on I-90. I check under the hood and the coolant cap is up by the hood latch. Coolant everywhere. They came out after a rather long wait because “the manager took a while to come in and cover” to bring more coolant and didn’t bring enough so he put water in it. I had to drive back to Sheridan where they flushed it and refilled it. They were apologetic and nice about it but that doesn’t change the fact that this happened and the $60 of groceries I had bough all melted and warmed up. I’m still shocked by the whole experience.
