  The girl at the desk on the right, I believe her name was Evie, had a bad attitude, was rude, and refused to help me with my reservation because of the temporary drivers license I was issued by the Wyoming DMV. Basically, she treated me like I printed a fake drivers license myself or implied that the people who work at the DMV are too incompetent to do their jobs correctly. She didn’t even bother trying to talk to her upper management to ask them if my temporary was valid or not. Instead she stood firm and was completely combative and unwilling to help. I stepped outside to try to resolve my issue on my own and let my business associate know I was going to be running late since she offered me no resolution at all. I was visibly frustrated because I had important plans and I presented them a valid temp from the DMV and was now running behind schedule, but while I was on the phone she then suddenly came at me outside and told me to take my business elsewhere. On top of all that I had gotten dropped off so I had to call someone to come back and pick me up since she refused to rent to me and we had scheduled this for 8am, so this became a complete inconvenience for, not only me, but the person dropping me off and then picking me back up. Unfortunately, this is the only enterprise in town so I went ahead and booked with Avis instead and showed them my temporary drivers license and they verified that it’s fine. I also called the DMV to verify with them and they confirmed it is in fact the new temporary drivers license they issued. I also learned later after reporting my experience to customer service over the phone that Evie put me on the do not rent list. I’ve had rentals from enterprise plenty of times but this is ridiculous. Upper management never followed up with me regarding the whole incident so I don’t think they really care either

  Larrisa was AMAZING here! After a not so great experience at an Idaho Enterprise, this place was a breath of fresh air. Larrisa walks you through EVERYTHING and is VERY clear on everything. So appreciated her, her calls before, during and after. Would use them again and highly recommend!

  I rented an Audi A5 from National in Billings, MT. The car experienced multiple failures and a flat tire after I arrived in Sheridan Wyoming. Sheridan does not have a National however they did have an Enterprise. National instructed me to go to the Enterprise to exchange the vehicle. When customer service excels over and above expectations, it needs to be shouted out. With all the headaches this Audi had, my wife and I had to leave Sheridan that morning. The young man that helped us was Kody Carson. All he cared about was getting us into a car and getting us back on the road. One of the greatest things about Kody is he listens. Not only did he handle this situation with professionalism but he made my wife and I very comfortable. He even gave us his personal email address so if we had any kind of issue with the car he gave us or had any other questions we could email him directly. This is going above and beyond. Pay attention as this is how businesses succeed. Customer service keeps customers coming back. Great job Kody!!

  Well I love my experience just make sure you get the tow and damage later those two most definitely have to get every time no matter the cost

  Absolutely terrible experience. They have forced you to contact a call center to make a reservation as opposed to contacting the actual branch location. Made a reservation, they took our money, but then promptly informed us that there is no car available even though the contact center assured us there was. Is this your idea of service? What a joke.
