  Larrisa was AMAZING here! After a not so great experience at an Idaho Enterprise, this place was a breath of fresh air. Larrisa walks you through EVERYTHING and is VERY clear on everything. So appreciated her, her calls before, during and after. Would use them again and highly recommend!

  I rented an Audi A5 from National in Billings, MT. The car experienced multiple failures and a flat tire after I arrived in Sheridan Wyoming. Sheridan does not have a National however they did have an Enterprise. National instructed me to go to the Enterprise to exchange the vehicle. When customer service excels over and above expectations, it needs to be shouted out. With all the headaches this Audi had, my wife and I had to leave Sheridan that morning. The young man that helped us was Kody Carson. All he cared about was getting us into a car and getting us back on the road. One of the greatest things about Kody is he listens. Not only did he handle this situation with professionalism but he made my wife and I very comfortable. He even gave us his personal email address so if we had any kind of issue with the car he gave us or had any other questions we could email him directly. This is going above and beyond. Pay attention as this is how businesses succeed. Customer service keeps customers coming back. Great job Kody!!

  Well I love my experience just make sure you get the tow and damage later those two most definitely have to get every time no matter the cost

  Everything was great as usual with the rental. My only concern is that some of the turn-over in staff recently has left me feeling somewhat like a stranger. I've been used to all the staff knowing me by name and knowing exactly what I want when I show up. Thank goodness that Kyle is still an employee at Enterprise and recognizes my requests and always follows through.
