Diagnosed the problem, called a tow truck, and got me first in line with a mechanic as I had a really important work meeting the next day a few states over. Because of Ben, I will choose to shop at AutoZone for the rest of my life

The charging system is the battery and alternator and starter. When I asked for this The Man behind the counter said they only check the battery. They cannot check anything else. I have been to other AutoZone's. They have the same advertisement in their store windows and they do perform battery and alternator and starter checks. They use a handheld pad with a cord that plugs into a port underneath your dash or one that connects to your battery. Did this employee just make this up because they did not want to go outside on that very hot August day? That is my belief.

From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Eddie helped me quickly find the exact parts I needed and made sure I understood how to install them properly. He took the time to explain everything without rushing, which I really appreciated. JW was just as helpful—he assisted with some questions about my battery. It's not every day you find customer service this good. These two went above and beyond thank you!!!
