  Recently went in here looking for an oil drain pan only because Walmart was out of stock, picked one out, the employee mentioned i can get a bundle deal with the pan and accessories, and also informed me about the $20 minimum purchase point system (spend $20 five visits equaling $100 spent and you get a $20 credit to spend in the store or online. Very awesome) and it was a huge difference in service since the last time i walked in there. (5 years ago) Now i have been going back there very often and the experience has been pleasant each time and i have already earned my first $20 credit.

  Be careful! California plants running this store. Been using this store for over 10 years. Got told they would honor their return policy when purchasing 2 batteries. Didn’t end up needing them and brought them back in two days with the receipt. Ben (this stores “manager”) told me that nobody told me I could return unused batteries; essentially calling me a liar and his employee would of never told me that. Then he told me that the batteries were compromised and they couldn’t restock them. Then said that they best they could do is store credit. Which contradicts the fact that they’re going to restock them anyways and that they just don’t want to honor their return policy and refund me. Called this stores corporate manager and explained the situation. They told me there’s no reason I shouldn’t be able to return the brand new batteries since they never got hooked up to a vehicle, the terminal caps were intact and to go in and get a full refund. The corporate manager called the store and I was able to go in and get a refund. No sign of the manager when I showed back up for the refund. Only going to use this place as a last resort for parts.

  Ben Was extremely helpful going the extra mile to help us find and fix our trailer light problem. True customer service is hard to find in this day and age. Ben is exemplary in his ability to provide service. Thank you Ben, you made a real difference in our day. 🙂

  Ben is an amazing manager and has gone above and beyond to make sure we get EVERYTHING we need to be able to get on the road again after being stranded on our way across the country for 4 days due to burnt wheel bearings and a damaged axle on a trailer that is carrying most of our animals!!! We couldn't get back on the road without him!!!
