  Every time I’ve been here the employees are always super kind especially tn the little old lady made my day talking to her.

  The management of this store needs to make changes. They are sending people with ADA needs elsewhere because they claim their bathroom is “broken.” What a joke! The Country Store is across the street and is locally owned and operated, has a clean store and fuel, and a clean/working restroom!

  This place is an absolute dump. There is an out of order sign on the bathroom, guess what, it's not out of order. Husband and I each ignored this sign and used the perfectly functioning bathroom and the employees didn't bat an eye, they saw us take turns in the bathroom. What a farce. The grounds are littered. The dumpster is overflowing. This whole place is a disgrace. Shame shame shame on you. Edited to add - I got the exact same canned response from "The Maverik Team" as others have gotten for the past YEAR. - - the SAME complaints and the SAME response for a YEAR!!! - - obviously, the "management team" doesn't care at all. Same complaints, same response. Well, there are plenty of other gas stations. This'll be my last visit to any Maverik, this I can assure you.

  Unfortunately, I also have a negative experience with the change from Kum & Go to Maverik. They got rid of the best foods that fit my restricted diet. I was going to do the $5 Meal Deal- it came up to almost $10. Another employee said Pepsi Max wouldn’t work. She said the chips were wrong (they weren’t) but I figured I’d put them back and just get my pop and hot dog. As I’m rung up and getting my change, a third employee says they actually can do a Pepsi Max now. All of this misinformation is very unhelpful to me. On top of that, I said, “Thank you”… and did not get a thanks or a sorry back?!?! My riding partners said the food was bland the other day, and my hot dog was too, I’m done here. We’re regular Saratoga visitors too.

  Maverick sucks!! Kitchen sucks food stanks never anything stocked, flies everywhere. Bring back our small town Kim n go!
