- HSHayer SatinderApr 25, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at Pilot today. The pizza quality was not acceptable, and when I brought this up, the situation was handled very poorly. The lady working outside, Lori, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I requested a refund, she refused outright and said she would not refund me. Another staff member mentioned she was the manager, but when I asked to speak with the manager, lori avoided the situation and walked away to the back instead of addressing my concern. Customer service should never be this dismissive. If there’s an issue with the food, staff should at least listen respectfully and try to resolve it. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I ended up leaving without taking the pizza because of how badly the situation was handled. Very disappointing experience overall.
- MLMark LambertApr 20, 20261.0The pumps are slow. To make matters worse the speakers making announcements on the pump are incredibly loud, so loud that the speaker is damaged and crackles. The only thing that can make it worse is someone using the pump on the other side. Now the announcement yell in competition and you can't understand a word either is saying. It's to the point I'm willing to pay extra to go somewhere else.
