They told us that if we came in they could change the filter. They reassured us that they actually had the filter in stock. We drove all the way in only to arrive and find that they didn’t actually have the part. Then they told us if we could go find the part somewhere else, because they were unable to do it, they would be happy to install it. We went to Napa down the street got the filter and came back. When we arrived, they scratched their heads for a bit, and after discussing it, they decided that there was too much liability because they didn’t know what to do. These guys are complete clowns. The height of incompetency. Don’t waste your time here.
