One Pilot customer service agent said to get a new card then call to update my account and get credit for gas fillups. Got a new card and called customer service. Was told they wouldn't credit any prior purchases so don't bother scanning receipts and emailing to them to verify costs. I'll try Loves or Mavericks and see if they're more customer friendly.
