  The team at Kilburn is awesome. We were driving across Wyoming in the snow and received a low tire warning. It was late on a Friday and they were able to fit us in. Luckily, there wasn't a major issue, they took care of us right away and we were back on the road. We were very grateful they took the time to help us. Highly recommended.

  I am here locally. Just know if you come here there’s a possibility that items will go missing, broken and you might have to pay for more work that you didn’t ask for nor will they ask first. Not a front desk issue but a shop problem.They have good reviews wish i could do the same. I asked for a front alignment which was at a good price. Came back and they decided to do a front and back alignment which they asked no permission. So ofc the price went up. I had my mom pick up the car and she had my cash and paid in full. Which is good for them bc i would have took it at the price of just the front and if the keys were held from me then we would have to take it to small claims gladly. My husband just lost his job we have two kids and i don’t make enough to pay for something i didn’t ask for. I seriously live off tips and wouldn’t have agreed to pay the extra unnecessary work. I had one hub cap that was cracked. My car came back with two missing hub caps i guess. When i called the front desk they said a note was made that i had two broken hub caps which I wasn’t aware that a crack was equivalent to broken if they were completely broken how would they still be on there in the first place? Nor was i made aware that the mechanic broke a cracked one in the process of taking it off. If i was told i would have been less irritated if i was informed that the back needed an alignment which it didn’t i could have made that decision myself and according to what i can or can’t afford.

  My daughter was on a road trip by herself and started having brake problems so she pulled into Kilburn Point Tires. Although they couldn't get her in until first thing in the morning on the next day, they were so helpful in recommending the best and closest hotel only a mile away from their shop. They also gave her a ride to her hotel. In addition, they started right on time replacing her brakes and picked her up at the hotel when her car was ready. A special thank you to Katie for her kindness. The price for the repair was great too! I highly recommend this shop!
