- WTWilliam Trowbridge2 days ago1.0Had a terrible experience here today. I am a rookie truck driver and this is my first week on the road. Everywhere I have gone people have been nice and understanding except here. When I arrived all the fuel pumps were full and it looked like there were trucks lining up on the curb to go next. So what did I do? I lined up not realizing the trucks in front of me were not in line but were in fact sleeping. An employee who was in a fueler, fueling the underground tank started yelling at me that I was blocking the lane and that I should learn to drive. I explained why I was there and he just kept yelling at me. This was such a terrible experience especially when I am just trying to show proper truck stop etiquette. I will never come back here again. If your a new driver stay away from this place.

- RRRafiullah RafhatMar 22, 20261.0I stopped at this Pilot location for fuel and wanted to use the shower facilities. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I was told the shower would be ready, but I ended up waiting over one hour and 30 minutes, and it still wasn’t prepared. What made the situation worse was the customer service. The staff member I interacted with was rude, and the supervisor (Alex) who seemed quite inexperienced—did not handle the situation professionally or make any effort to improve it. Overall, the service was poor, and the lack of organization and customer care made for a frustrating visit. I hope management takes steps to improve both efficiency and customer service.
