  DON'T STOP HERE go to the Sinclair gas station on the SOUTH side of Snowy Range Rd! AT THIS SINCLAIR STATION I RECEIVED RUDE & ARROGANT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A MANAGER NO LESS AND ANOTHER CLERK! I stopped there to get gas today, it was 12 degrees with wind chill of -2, The pump would not read 3 of my credit cards...so I walked in side to pay. I asked the clerk (a identical twin aprox 18 yrs old who it turns out was a manager) at the only available register "do your pumps not read credit cards with chips?" She said yes they do. I said well I tried it several times chip facing up and down it never registered the cards. She said well it's probably your card...I said "well I TRIED 3 CARDS!" "They are good cards but your pump won't read them." Do the chips face up or down...I tried both ways" She said "you have to go to another register now." SHE WAS IRRITATED BY MY QUESTION! SHE DID NOT OFFER AN APOLOGY FOR THE FAILED CARD SCANNER/EQUIPMENT ON HER MANAGEMENT SHIFT...SHE WAS RUDE, PUT OUT, AND HAD A SUPERIOR ATTITUDE. AFTER ALL WHO WAS I, JUST THE CUSTOMER WHO HAD STOOD OUT IN -2 DEGREE WIND TRYING TO WORK THEIR DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT! So I went to the other register and while I waited she then waited on 4 other customers! So another woman was standing staring at me behind the woman who was so RUDE and I so I asked her are you the manager? The first clerk (identical twin) who had been so rude says "no I am a manager!" I WAS SHOCKED SHE WAS SO RUDE AND A MANAGER! The woman I asked if she was the manager says "what's your problem?" I said "you were standing there didn't you hear the conversation?" She says "yeah so some of our pumps chip readers don't work." I said "why not let the customer know that and put a sign on them or programed them to only take payments inside so we don't have to stand out in -2 BELOW ZERO weather trying to get the machine to work!" So the manager says "BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE TO...WHY DON'T YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET GAS?" I said "GREAT idea I WILL!" The staff must not have had any training in customer curtesy or customer service or if so decided "we don't have to"! So I drove across the road to the SINCLAIR GAS STATION ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF Snowy Range Road and my credit card worked first thing easy peasy! I will never go to the RUDE employee north side Sinclair station again! You might get the hassle I did so I'd advise you don't go there either! Go to the Sinclair store on the SOUTH side of Snow Range Road! HEADS UP OWNERS OF SINCLAIR STATION ON THE NORTHSIDE OF SNOWY RAGE ROAD your staff needs training on how to be polite and give decent customer service!

  Absolutely terrible place. Chesters chicken had nothing, no hot food at all and neither does Papa Johns pizza, they said they don’t even have ingredients to make pizza. Ended up leaving and going to McDonald’s.

  You are a gas station right off the freeway where people are traveling. People with small children are traveling and you have no diaper changing station in your restrooms!! Please make your restrooms usable for families. Will never by gas from your station again.

  Just walked in at 11:40 am on May 31st 2023 to get some chicken walked up to the counter and some kid with red curly hair barely wanted to take my order after not looking me in my eyes and no smile I asked for a 3 piece combo he proceeded to throw 3 pieces of chicken in a box and never gave a biscuit or any sides once I called him on his poor customer service skills I told him to keep his food and attitude 🙃 ! Wouldn't recommend this place at a certain time poor customer service skills
