  I went in here to get a pizza took it to the register, and said please hold this while I used the restroom. The manager asked did I open it when I first brought it to the counter I replied no then she said we can’t sell you this one we will make you a new one by the way her name is Stephanie. When I proceeded to go back after using the restroom and pay for the pizza she said did you open it I said no, she then replied someone said I opened it. ( whoever said I opened was a lier cuz if they truly saw the pizza box was t ever properly sealed people need to mind their own business.) I said actually the box was never properly sealed. So she said you don’t want it I said no I want a new one. So I asked the guy to make me a new one explained the situation but the lady went to tell him not to make me a new pizza and then said I had to get out of the store or she would fall the cops lmao like really?? Very unprofessional being in a management position I simply wanted a pizza that the one I grabbed wasn’t ever properly even sealed and who know how ling it was sitting there before hand. I will be sure to tell all my trucker friends to not do business with this establishment again as I myself have stopped here often and as this conflict could have been simply resolved I simply got kicked out the store for eating a fresh pizza. I think the so called manage Stephanie needs leadership classes and training on how to deal with certain situations in a leadership role as opposed to power tripping and threatening to call the cops because I told her I wanted a fresh pizza and not the one that anyone could have tampered with that was never properly sealed. Then when I told her there’s always someone above you that I told her I want to speak with someone above her that’s when she demanded I had to leave the store poor lest person to have in a management position not knowing customer service skills in a try professional manner. Sinclair do better of the people you have representing the face of the company…it only takes one bad encounter for a patron to never want to do any business with the name Sinclair.

  I’m a truck driver and stopped here for my 10hr break. I went inside to order papa John’s pizza. The manager on duty stated “ she’s a One woman show And doesn’t have time to make a pizza” She suggested I take the pizza that was premade for someone else who didn’t come back and get it. She advised that pizza was made 30 minutes prior to me coming in. One of the other staff working the front counter suggested I walk over to McDonald’s or Subway to get something to eat. This conversation I had with the manager, she was yelling at me the entire time. You could definitely hear her voice on the other side of the travel plaza. That’s how loud she was talking to me. I am a very soft spoken person, so I did not raise my voice at all. I feel both staff were very rude and just wanted me out of their face. The interesting part is if the manager just made a pizza 30 minutes ago, I don’t understand why she could not just make me a pizza. Clearly, Customer Service is not a thing here.
