- SDSadika DicksonSep 7, 20251.0I’m a truck driver and stopped here for my 10hr break. I went inside to order papa John’s pizza. The manager on duty stated “ she’s a One woman show And doesn’t have time to make a pizza” She suggested I take the pizza that was premade for someone else who didn’t come back and get it. She advised that pizza was made 30 minutes prior to me coming in. One of the other staff working the front counter suggested I walk over to McDonald’s or Subway to get something to eat. This conversation I had with the manager, she was yelling at me the entire time. You could definitely hear her voice on the other side of the travel plaza. That’s how loud she was talking to me. I am a very soft spoken person, so I did not raise my voice at all. I feel both staff were very rude and just wanted me out of their face. The interesting part is if the manager just made a pizza 30 minutes ago, I don’t understand why she could not just make me a pizza. Clearly, Customer Service is not a thing here.
