The branch employee i was dealing with there before she left was absolutely amazing she was always helpful always considerate and kind always going the extra mile to help you then she left to another branch in Colorado and her replacement there in Laramie has done nothing but be rude and inconsiderate to me they don't take responsibility for there actions or anything. I had called in one week to extend my rental on my car that I had I had told the associate there to go ahead and take my payment so my rental would be extended out well lone a be hold that didn't happen he didn't call me and tell me there was a problem or anything so now I'm behind on my rental trying to get it caught back up because of there actions they didn't try assist me or try to help resolve this matter or anything so just a word of mind if your gonna rent from enterprise don't go to Laramie enterprise they will not go the mile for anyone or fix there mistakes to help the customer that's the by far worst customer service I had in a long time!!!!!!!!!
