  The first time I went here it was super fast and even had a couple fees waived but this time it took for ever , the car was not ready and I had to pay way more than I did last time and I borrowed the car for less time this time

  I work in customer service and overheard a customer trying to rent a car from the Laramie Enterprise. Her tone was very frustrated so I decided to look up the reviews of this location. What did I find? Everything she said that was happening to her is laid out in several reviews: being promised a car, being promised to be picked up (which is literally Enterprise's slogan), having to call back when Enterpise didn't show up and being told they don't provide pick-up (what??), and then being told they didn't even have a car for her to rent!! After this customer had been waiting ALL DAY AND STRANDED ALONE IN A STRANGE TOWN!! I've rented from Enterprise in the past, when I lived in Nebraska, and they drove 26 miles to bring me my rental so why does the Laramie lot not drive 3 miles?? Absolutely disgusting. And the tone they took with this customer which could be overheard because it was on speakerphone is downright appalling! My heart broke for this person who was simply trying to get home to her family. And looking at reviews, I can see this seems to be a pattern and this Laramie Enterprise should lose their branding!

  Utterly Pathetic... Made reservation, stated car was available for ready for pickup at airport before we came to grab it. Wasn't available for pickup at airport, said it will be available 10am next day. Brought a hotel room and waited. Then when ready for 10am pickup, was told not available until noon. When noon came, it was not available until 5pm (which is the time they are closed). Practically waited and wasted 2 days. Even my wife cussed at the front desk and she DOES NOT cuss. As a police officer and constant involvement with military, this is by far the worst Enterprise service in a very long while.

  A very quick check-in. The vehicle was very nice and a pleasure to drive. We dropped off at the Denver airport where the staff was super helpful with our luggage and answered all of our questions. The shuttle driver to the terminal was very friendly and assisted us with our large quantity of luggage. I was very impressed!
