The company dose not care about the customer they only care about how much money they can steal from you. I will never go back oreillys and napa will get my money. Even if I am stuck in the desert and need water and there is an advance i will choose no water then step foot in there

- AEAriana EtchechouryJul 13, 20251.0If i could give a negative review I would. The most UNPROFESSIONAL interaction I've had at an auto parts store. The attendant started our lovely experience by not allowing a full question to leave my husband's mouth before stating "no" and following it with "I can't look it up". We tried repeatedly asking our question and he continued to interrupt and couldn't be bothered to even look in our direction. When we stepped aside for another customer to be seen we pulled up the part number and again he continued to treat us like scum. Wouldn't look in our direction, wouldn't stop and listen to the full question. I have worked MANY years in a 'service' type industry and I understand having bad days. This guy had the professionalism of a 2year old, highly would not recommend coming here, if you do be prepared for ABSOLUTELY no help or even the time of day.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
