- OOozOct 5, 20251.0I took my 2024 Kia to the Jackson, WY Safelite for a windshield replacement, and their technician damaged my fender, two related parts, and broke the camera cover. The pre-inspection photos clearly show no damage, but their post-service photos were taken from angles that hide the damaged area. When I went back to speak with the manager, he lifted the hood for inspection and caused even more damage by pushing up the fender. The technician left Wyoming right after damaging my car, and the manager took two weeks off without providing any proper solution. They eventually agreed to replace only the camera cover — but I still haven’t heard back. The customer service and upper management have been completely unhelpful and a total waste of time. What’s even more ridiculous is that they refuse to accept any responsibility for the damage they clearly caused. No apology, no accountability — just denial and excuses. This entire experience has been stressful and disappointing. Safelite’s workmanship, honesty, and customer service are unacceptable. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

I went back so they could check the windshield, but the manager told me it was coming from my A/C. After checking my A/C, the whistling noise from the windshield was still there, so I returned again. This time they admitted a trim piece hadn’t been installed properly the first time. The manager, who treated me poorly, scheduled another appointment under the warranty, but when I showed up for my appointment, they hadn’t even ordered the replacement windshield. They wasted more of my time and had to reschedule me again. A complete waste of time, poor workmanship, and very unprofessional service. Absolutely NOT recommended.
