The rental agent took the time to ask about my trip, recommended places to visit and eat around the national parks, and set me up with a very comfy rental car (the heated seats and steering wheel were a major luxury in the cold fall mornings!). The return process was smooth, and the staff was able to quickly locate an item I left in the car and arrange its return. I would rent from this team again!

Made a reservation 3 months in advance which ended up being approx 43% cheaper to rebook a reservation 1 week prior for the same vehicle. I checked in online but still had to wait in the long line at the desk. There needs to be a separate line for people who have already done the reservation + check in process online. By the time I got to the front of the line, all the vehicles were taken except for a minivan or a 1.5 ton truck.

They charged me for late return, but did not give credit for the car not being ready when I checked in. Also the tire low pressure light came on halfway during my trip when I was 30 miles from any service station, I had to stop, buy a tire gauge & inflate all four tires. They need to maintain their vehicles to the highest standards & not put us in an unsafe situation.
