  Very disappointed in the return process because I returned a vehicle with absolutely no damage and was accused of striking and damaging the screen on the dash, which would have left my hand injured severely enough to require medical attention and being a diabetic, it would have been very obvious. They went through the whole rigmarole trying to say that I damaged their vehicle and I did not. If they continue to pursue this I will turn this into law enforcement as a fraud. I will initiate a lawsuit under those circumstances.

  I rented a truck, on June 17 at the Raleigh-Durham, truck was dirty inside, lots of dog hair, I paid for 3 days and asked if I'll get my money back if return it a day earlier, they said absolutely, its been two months and they haven't given me the money for the extra day, I've been calling day every week, And only one time a got a call back saying the money was on its way, it may be coming on foot because it hasn't arrive yet! I never had such a experience with other car rental companies!

  My car was at the shop longer than I expected, and I needed to rent a car. Everything went smoothly; all the ladies at the store were really nice and friendly. They kept checking with me to see if everything was okay. I would absolutely recommend this place!
