  While traveling in a motorhome from Idaho, I noticed the engine started to overheat. Its not easy finding shops that are willing to work on motorhomes, let alone on short notice. I called several without luck until I made a call to Cummins of Gillette, Wy. Speaking to Ted, the shop supervisor, he said bring it on in and if you come early, we have room up at the RV pad that has electricity. So, thats what we did while the weather was cool. The next day, they said they were a bit short handed because of an emergency call out back in Buffalo, Wy. and a couple of other folks out. We understood, our repair was short notice and they were trying to fit us in. In any case, they put our Rv back together enough that we were able to use it one more night on the Rv pad, which saved us from using a hotel. The next morning, the service coordinator (Alex) and Bryon (a very knowledgeable mechanic/technician), worked on our RV repair. Bryon even asked about another Spartan Chassis air bag issue I was having in which he fixed an air line that was in the wrong port on my leveling valve which a previous technician installed incorrectly. Now that is amazing that he found that! He also fixed an air leak. Special thanks to Travis, the parts guy for finding the necessary parts for Ted. Cummins of Gillette, Wy. is a great place to have repairs made. We are very happy with their outstanding customer care, service and the repairs they made. Thanks again Ted, Alex, Byron, and Travis. You are a great team.

  Top of the customer service relations. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The mechanics are willing to come out front and discuss you truck problem when you get stumped doing your own repairs and need some helping advice. As with all Cummins shops they are quite pricey. But you are getting Cummins Certified Service and OEM parts. That makes the added price acceptable in my book.

  Very helpful I just wish Google would fix it where it says open 24 hrs change it to 6 to 6
