He spent almost an hour at the end of his shift helping us get our truck started. Cristian exemplifies the leadership and customer service values that Pilot should recognize and nurture. We have always had good experiences at this Pilot in Evanston, WY so stop in and fill up at this highly recommended location.

Had to wait way too long just to get a shower, even in the afternoon when it shouldn’t have been that busy. The one I finally got didn’t seem like it had been used or checked in a while. Not sure why customers are left waiting like this. Definitely disappointing.

When my friend and I politely asked for some extra onions, the employee told us there would be an additional charge. We mentioned that other Subway locations don’t typically charge for this, but we agreed anyway and moved on. However, the situation escalated when she refused a simple request to chop the tomatoes and cucumbers. She then called her manager, Nathan, who, despite seeming to understand the situation, still sided with the employee without addressing our concerns. What made the experience even worse was that both the employee and the manager made comments that felt discriminatory and disrespectful toward us based on our identity and skin color. This was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. The overall environment felt very unwelcoming and unprofessional. The employee appeared impatient and often left customers waiting while spending extended time in the back room. I would not recommend visiting this location. Customer service should be respectful and inclusive, and unfortunately, that was not the case here.
