She became offended by my asking for a second bag and said "I was already doing that, what you think I can't do my job?" making me feel intimidated and ashamed for just asking for a second bag. It's very clear that she has zero customer service experience and zero respect for her customers and her job. This experience escalated from there by the time I was allowed to leave I was very angry and extremely offended by her behavior.
