When I arrived , they were not able to get my semi inside. You wasted my time and cost me money by being inconsiderate to your customers. The best thing about the appointment was, the techs were very friendly and steered me in the right direction to get my windshield replaced from one of your competitors. Safe Lite sucks!

Called the number but could only get an AI rep who stated at 3pm that my appointment was still scheduled and there were no issues. I have to leave for a 4.5 hrs trip in tbe morning with my rear passenger window crash wrapped amd not replaced. Absolutely unprofessional. And from reading other reviews, this is a pattern. Safelite, I don't need an "I'm sorry this isn't the way we strive to do business" nonsense. Your company clearly doesn't care and judging by how often this happens, has no plan to rectify the issues. I'm glad I didn't pay $500 upfront like your emails kept pushing me to do. Horrible company.
