    I am filling up around 6000usd a month at pilot flying j all across North America anD I am only 1 of probably 40 trucks that carries the same on the door as me as owner operator. I fill up here for 667 dollar and my app says I have a free Coffee Standing there happy waiting to scan my phone for the free coffee and then she wants me that I pay for it and said no I have a free coffee.. and then her colleague came aswell with an cold attitude.. and looking in MY PHONE about the rules.. and I did not bring my wallet because I thought a free coffee.. she talked with a rude attitude to me. I said I just filled up for 670 dollars and you guys doing so difficult about a 1 dollar coffee.. so I poured it in the sink and left.. At the end I walked she wished me saying outloud sarcastic you have the day as you deserve and wanted to call security haha.. what a behavior while i came in whistling . Would never ever come back here!!!!!!2

    I want to explain a situation that happened to me on this trip. This morning I decided to buy a snack, a bottle of water, and cigarettes. I also filled up my diesel tank, and while I was in the parking lot looking for work, as usual, I checked my bank account and noticed that I had been charged $100 for 18 snacks, even though I only bought one. When you scan an item, it doesn't automatically register 18; they have to enter the quantity manually. I don't know if it was intentional or a mistake. I went to complain, and they did refund me, but they got upset because I told the other truckers around me to be careful, and I'm doing the same here: be careful, always ask for receipts, and keep an eye on your bank statements. The other girl who works there was standing next to her and told me not to go to that truck stop anymore, and I'm a truck driver. They definitely need better workers in that area.
