Our vehicle was brought in for mechanical repairs, but it was returned to us with the same unresolved issue AND with a destroyed windshield. I called in advance of pickup to arrange payment, and at no point did anyone mention the damage. When my husband arrived to pick up the car he was nonchalantly informed that there had been a hailstorm, and they are not liable. According to a phone operator, the damage had occurred a week or two earlier, yet no one from the dealership contacted us to disclose or discuss it. We were told the damage was due to a hailstorm, but the condition of the windshield does not appear consistent with hail damage, as the rest of the car had no evidence of hail damage. Throughout this process, the maintenance department has been unprofessional, uncommunicative, and dismissive of their responsibility. This experience has completely undermined our trust. Save yourself the frustration — take your business elsewhere.
