- MAMohanad AlnaisaniNov 9, 20251.0After driving for a while I tried to shower after 3 days of not being able to and the bathrooms were freezing. Absolutely no heating. I was hoping the water would heat up however the it was lightly warm at best. I had to quickly finish because it was so cold, i spent only 5 minutes in the shower. At this point I am pretty sure I caught a cold from it. The outside temperature was 34 degrees as well. I went out and asked for the manager and a the skinny manager came out to talk to me and told me the whole backside of the store has no heating. I told her the issue and she insisted that the water was hot enough to shower in after 30 MINUTES of letting the water run however even that isn’t true. I am now experiencing a sore throat and constantly sneezing. Terrible service from the manager, I don’t even know how this person got this role. I also wanted to check what the temperature was set to and she wouldn’t allow me to see what it was set to. Keep in mind its November and they definitely do not have the heating on which is absolutely illegal. We have 600 trucks in our company and I will be letting everyone know to stay away from this place and I suggest you do as well.

We parked where the other semis are. In between two semis. They have stalls which is nice. Best sleep we had the whole trip. Nice and quiet. They also have a section for you travel trailer to get gas and fill up with fresh water and sani dump
