This parking for Semi trucks is very confusing. The sign says trucks this way, then sends you to the back on the parking lot, instead of turning left at the first street to get to the the fuel pumps. Normally , you can drive around the fuel island. Not here! Following that stupid sign, you have to circumnavigate all the way around a bunch of trucks illegally parked, blocking or making it very hard to get through. You'll finally get to the fuel pump, and created with a dip on the ground that will through your truck in the air and damage your suspension. I will NEVER come back to this retareded truck stop every again!

What a terrible experience. I was lied too. The laziness of Joe Bob and his Manager is deplorable. There was a nice lady who open the door as i left and said please file a complaint they are always disrespectful. She hates it. So not only do they treat customers like nothing they even make it hard to work for them.

As a commercial driver I deliver just up the road at the DC for Walmart once a week I stop here EVERY WEEK before and after deliveries for fuel, coffee, snacks and an occasional shower the last 2 weeks I’ve had to cancel my showers because “they have no hot water” which is honestly scary because the are running a restaurant attached to this establishment! But after 2 weeks with no hot water raises concern because this TRUCK STOP, revenues billions of dollars a year but has no hot water? Hmmm the math just isn’t mathing in my eyes! I’m highly disappointed because as a driver showers are very essential and ARE NEEDED! And being a loyal member of pilot for over 10 years having “SHOWER POWER” with no shower is just kind of absurd to me and for it to be down for 2 weeks and the employees have no knowledge to when they will be back up just isn’t sitting well with me! Pilot flying j please as a driver I am begging you to address this concern expeditiously!
