  My wife was in there earlier today and was renting a car. She had reserved the car on Monday and called to pay for it as well. She was told that they do not do payment till it is picked up. No deposit was mentioned when she talked to them on Monday. She went to pick it up today and she was told that she needed to pay a $300 deposit and the rental fee. When asked about it she was told there was nothing they could do. Why was this deposit not mentioned when she called on Monday? I would just avoid Enterprise all together. Worst customer service. When someone budgets for a rental and then has to pay more then what was quoted that is horrible.

  This was faster than I thought, cheaper than I thought, and I was very pleased with the front desk agent. She was very nice. A very good experience.

  I would definitely use Enterprise again. They are very friendly. They made sure I got back and forth to the repair shop. They gave me a nice vehicle to use.

  Everyone at the Missile Dr., Cheyenne, WY location were great. I had to extend my reservation twice and they really took great care of me. I would gladly do business at this location again.
