- JDJoe DeVriesOct 19, 20251.0AVOID AT ALL COST. I took a truck in that I was debating purchasing for an inspection. Their verdict: a new air filter was needed and they recommended replacing the valve gasket. After purchasing, this is what a REAL mechanic found: Truck needed new front rotors and brake pads, new rear drum and brake pads, transmission fluid change, frame had two 8-inch rusted out spots in the frame that had been filled in with body filler where the suspension mounted, which required cutting out massive sections and welding in new pieces to repair, new CV boots, new axle assembly and tie rods, new rear gas crossmember, and new rear shocks. Cost of repair greater than DOUBLED the cost of the truck. Do not trust this shop if you value your bank account, business, or whatever you intend to use a car for.
