He is all about customer service and does not care about getting off when he is scheduled if a customer is relying on him. He will not sell you a part he would not buy himself. Actually went as far as calling a qualified mechanic to assist us. I thanked him several times for staying late and not once did he complain, just told me "I care about my customers and if I do not care, they don't come back." Have never had an employee care about me the way he did!!! Can not say enough good things about this store!! If you want a store to care about you and not just your money, go to this store first!!

- KWKc WestmanOct 29, 20251.0Not good business by warranty parts and they never Cary part in store had them order a part no problem warranty the part out know they want me to pay for it again to order it to warranty it out. Then ones top of that I have to drive to Eaton autozone because they help me out and know what there doing. But the fact is i live in cheyenne it costs me fuel money plus the warranty part. So know i use a part store that the customer is important to them. Stress is not worth going to autozone plus lost money and wages because you car is broken and have to find a way to get to the next state over to get customer service.
