  I am a loyal AutoZone customer and have had great experiences at other stores. I was out of town and my girlfriend’s car battery died leaving her stranded because it could not hold a charge. I called store 1201 and spoke with Keith. He seemed disinterested in helping and made excuses as to why he would likely not be able to change/install the new battery. I explained how simple access to the battery was and how it is one of the easiest changes possible. We had her car towed to that store and Keith came out to look at it. He refused to install the new battery without any explanation. The tow truck driver from Affordable Towing was kind enough to volunteer his time and change the battery right there in the parking lot. It took him less than 10 minutes and one tool. Keith just didn’t want to do it because it was an hour before closing time. I have never had such terrible service from an AutoZone employee. I recently had the battery replaced on my truck at a different AutoZone and it was much more difficult to access than my girlfriend’s. Keith was more interested in smoking his cigarette than actually helping a customer. The tow truck driver, who happened to work previously at another parts store stated if his employees had acted that way he would’ve sent them home. It was that noticeably atrocious.

  5 stars for Jillian and only Jillian. There were 4 other employees in the store, including the manager. None of them were willing to help her and I figure out my door handle. Jillian also had trouble with her computer. The manager walked over and made a comment about how someone had a screen up that shouldn't be up and they deserved to be shot
