We came in to ask if they could take a look at the Alternator, and they told us they could. The store manager, Amanda, came and helped out, found out that it was actually the battery that was acting up. Within fifteen minutes, she had sold us a new battery and even changed it for us out of kindness! Keep in mind, it was also pretty cold and dark out. She was a real life saver and so sweet! I highly recommend this store!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
