  We had a great experience buying our camper! Gracelyn was a super relaxed and helpful sales person. Lacy was very through with our walk through and very helpful and understanding!

  The service department is awful. We've taken our camper to them three times (because we purchased it from them and we've had a bunch of issues pop up), and each and every time, they drain our battery down completely by leaving something on. This is the THIRD time we've shown up to pick the camper up and we can't get our jacks to run because their employees are careless and drain our battery down. It's really not too hard - turn things off. They also always take way longer to fix things than they say they will, and half the time, they don't actually fix anything. We won't be coming back here for anything.

  Bought a new rv in Utah going back to NE and stopped to camp only had an 20 amp out on a pole that failed after here 1 hr. Really disappointed . Utah had a very nice overnight place to stay.

  We went into the store early in the week to browse the inventory and learn more about buying a camper. The sales associate we were assigned was new but another associate came with her for support so we were trying to be patient when they didn’t have answers to basic questions. We called later in the week right as they opened at 9am to discuss a deal for her to take to her manager. We waited until nearly 2pm to hear back. When our associate called back she didn’t know any of the answers. We did get a little frustrated after the 4th-5th question in and having to ask the same question multiple times because she didn’t understand. She began to get very snippy and agitated. We never yelled or raised our voices just kept asking for a manager so we can ask the questions. (Very reasonable). When she did not get the manager and just kept repeating the same thing, we said, “We will go somewhere else, thank you and ended the phone call after she said goodbye. Then 30 minutes later we got a call from the GM, (Matthew Jording) we assumed he was trying to help answer our questions, but instead we were greeted with a very hostile tone accusing us of yelling and hanging up the phone on his sales associate. What kind of general manager calls a customer and the first words out of his mouth is “I heard you were yelling at my associate” . The GM was already accusing us that we were in the wrong and not his “new employee”. We took our business to Longmont Co and the Camping World there was amazing. They also gave us discounts that the other Camping World said “we couldn’t do and you won’t be able to get them at any other Camping World”.
