    I kept trying but am now done. The service department needs help, they cannot seem to look up parts correctly, cannot get them in ... AT ALL. Cannot create a quote for what you believe to be the problem and will not allow you to speak to someone who actually understand what your asking for. I've run a service department for years this isn't what it's supposed to look like.

    Over Memorial Day weekend, we realized we wanted to purchase and used jet ski from M&R. They are closed for the holiday but Kristi sent us pictures of the PWC we were looking at and let us know someone can help us Tuesday. Come Tuesday, Fawn reached out to us. She had to work with both my fiance and me via phone call/email. The whole process went so smooth and she didn’t skip a beat going back and forth between us and making sure all our questions were answered. Within a few very short phone calls/emails we were new owners of a jet ski. We couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Thanks M&R!

    Whites Marine was fantastic in helping purchase a new boat. Not only did they explain everything but got all the extras we wanted on the boat in a timely manner. The on the water delivery was just a bonus and again answered any question we had.
