  Had to substitute a Durango instead of a pickup but worked out well. Good mileage and comfortable ride

  National is by far the best rental car company out there! I know with whom they merged with and thankfully so far they have left this brand to do what it does well! I as a customer appreciate knowing what’s next! Great job wherever I travel to.

  Upon returning my rental to the Denver Airport, I was running behind due to a wreck on the freeway. I had already gotten bumped off the flight the night before due to cancellations. So this was not ideal. When I arrived there was already a large group waiting for the transfer bus and due to the wreck I was in danger of missing my flight. One of your team members Rafael noticed the concern on my face and asked if all was ok. I let him know that all was ok with the rental that I was just calculating the time in my head to make my flight. Not thinking anything of it as I was in my own world, I walked away heading to the line for the bus. A few moments later...... A gentlemen named Colton (later found out he was the supervisor) came over and pulled me to the side and asked if I would like a ride to the airport so I could make my flight. I was quite confused until Rafael came up and said that he had mentioned it to Colton and he wanted to help out. I graciously accepted as I knew I probably would not make it if not. Rafael thank you! You were a life saver. If it was not for you taking the initiative to go above and beyond I probably would have missed my flight home. Colton thank you! You could have easily told Rafael no, that you guys were too busy and that I had to wait. Not only do I appreciate the above and beyond service, but so did my family. Traveling as much as I do one gets used to delays and missed flights. Things happen and you just pivot but when people who have 100's of other things going on take time out of their day to selflessly help others it makes a lasting impression. Thank you again. I will always support National Car Rental and its team members.

  I had a reservation with National Car to rent a car from September 15th to 24th, I had planned a tour of the national parks until I got to Las Vegas, when they asked for my ID I showed them my Mexican ID, when they saw it they changed their attitude and DENIED ME THE CAR BECAUSE I’M MEXICAN, arguing that they have had issues with Mexicans stealing cars and that no one at the airport would rent me a car. We explained that we would pay the insurance or whatever was necessary, even change the person in charge of the car to an Italian or an American who was traveling with us, but it was too late because THEY HAD A VERY ARROGANT AND HAUGHTY ATTITUDE, it is obvious that they despise my culture and my people. They ruined my day and my trip, I feel sad that in such a developed and beautiful country there are people without any love or respect for humanity.

  I have rented from this location several times. The rental agents are always friendly, efficient, and professional. Management Assistant Mia Sanders and the Branch Manager went the extra mile to take care of my special requests. Thank you Mia! Highly recommended, I will definitely return.
