I have had it in since 2013 but regardless never had any problems with them except in the last year the people I talk to sound like there from a different country, there rude and completely disrespectful when I ask to talk to a supervisor leave me on hold for over an hour. Been hung up on even had them yelling at me. I am having problems and I am not missing times to blow in my device and it keeps showing up I have a violation out of no where when asking for a new device being told I am a liar when my husband is a witness that there haven’t been any missed times. I am to the point I don’t want to use them anymore. Can’t get a real person to talk to and am overwhelmed and frustrated I have had this in for so long and have never had problems till this last year I am beyond over this company. It’s also costing me more money than I can afford!!
