  I always go here to get my oil changed. The guys are always so great and very professional.. I would and do recommend this place to get your oil changed they will have you in and out in no time.

  I had come in on sunday. The crew Gavin and Jerred did an excellent job checked everything i couldve asked for. My car has exhaust issues and was put together bad so they even drove my car in to make sure it wouldnt damage my cars hanging exhaust. I thank them greatly for their care and will certainly be returning. Great job guys

  I have already recommended my boyfriend to take his truck there. Cody and the other two boys were perfect and had excellent customer service. I told my son when he said "wow, they're really nice!" That is what great customer service sounds like. I will definitely be going back 😊

  Staff were very friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond by replacing clips with my oil change that were brittle and ready to fall off. I highly recommend Strickland brothers. I will be back!

  Quick and Friendly service. Explained what all the cost covered for services and offered product to help with the issue our vehicle was having. Got my vehicle in and out quickly. But my experience today didn't stop there. I left and went to my parents' house in a neighboring state. As I was getting ready to leave, my dad noticed I had a large amount of what looked like engine oil along the length of the entire vehicle in their driveway, an alarming amount. I called the shop and explained to the employee that answered what happened. Concerned, he quickly got the shop manager to the phone and he gave me a number to send photos to so they could see what I was looking at. They too thought it was oil, maybe something wasn't tightened down or spill over was suggested. They had me check the dip stick, so I did, and the oil seemed to be okay. But being a female and having the responsibility of my husband's truck today while he was working, I was still freaking out because it definitely wasn't normal and we haven't been having any issues with the vehicle up to this point. The manager was still on the phone and was apologetic not even knowing if it was from something on their end but he was determined to help fix it if they could. They even offered to come to my parents and go back over what they did. Being the shop was only a 10-minute drive from where I was, I along with the worker thought I'd make it just fine. As I was getting close to the shop my engine temp was overheated, and it started to shake. By the time I reached the end of the exit and at the stop light, I completely stalled and knew it was best to not try and move, I called the SB shop again and Cody was ready to come to me where I was at with coolant because that was his first thought that was the problem. Called my husband, I was panicked by this time, he said to let it cool and try to get it somewhere out of the danger, very trafficked zone I was in. After a few minutes it cooled down and started, and it made it to the SB shop. The 4 guys in the shop jumped right to trying to figure out the issue. After looking it over and double checking all their work, it was noticed what the problem was. It was an issue with our water pump. They even sent a video of the problem to my husband and then spoke with him about it over the phone, offering mechanic recommendations and offering to allow us to park it close by until we made accommodations for having it towed and able to start the repair. I just can't say enough about the service and kindness and chivalry from those 4 young gentlemen that they showed me today. Even my husband was impressed and that's not an easy feat. Thank you Cody, Gavin, Alex, and Shawn! We will be continuing to be return customers with our vehicles and recommend SB to all our friends and family!!
