I was at work so I couldnt do the oil change and was worried about my sister's car siezing up and they called and kept me up to speed on what was happening. The tech named Cody made sure my sister oil was changed fast and right and even replaced her old oil plug when they had to chisel her old one out, and my sister even got 50 percent off of an already amazing price.

My quote was $39.99(I think, was a while ago). I go and they tell me double that. I explain about just talking to someone and the price I was given. They insist it's way more. I say nope, I just won't get my oil changed. So they go talk to a manager, decide they can do whatever is part synthetic, part regular. I say my car manual specifies SAE and am assured what they're going to use is fine. I'm just not confident on what was used in my car, and will not EVER go back. I feel like I was being upsold, with a lot of pressure bc I'm a woman and wouldn't know what I was talking about. Not a good experience.
