  Staff was great getting my rental set up. I had some issues with the vehicle on my trek home but staff answered my call on the first ring and helped to alleviate the concern. Because of that slight inconvenience, staff offered a discount which was very considerate. I will use Enterprise in the future if I’m ever in need of a rental.

  Speedy, knowledgeable, friendly. The agents, Helena and Emma were superb. Renting a car can be a pain, but I could not have asked for a better experience than the one I had at Enterprise in Wheeling, WV. I'd give a sixth star if possible.

  I booked a reservation weeks ago and they just told me the day before my trip that they don't have a car for me, they didn't even tell me ahead of the time I just happened to call them the day before. I would have got there first thing in the morning and they would have had nothing for me. This car was for a trip that is now ruined because they lied and said they had a car for me. I booked a hotel and everything.

  My experience with Enterprise was amazing! The process was super easy from start to finish, and everyone I spoke with was so kind and helpful. Picking up and returning the car was quick and stress-free. I really appreciate how smooth everything went!! Definitely one of the best rental experiences I’ve had!
