  I went there for the 1st time yesterday everyone was super nice and the young men they had working were very helpful and had great customer service. The line was long and I was going to not go but it went pretty quick so I’m glad I waited

  I don’t usually like leaving bad reviews but this place truly rubbed me the wrong way. It clearly states this business does not close until 7:00 PM, we arrived at 6:30 and sat there for a few minutes super patiently, one guy appeared to be busy / on the phone with someone so he glanced at us and turned back around for a few, fine, whatever, but what got me was him getting off of that phone, coming up to the garage door from inside, SHAKING HIS HEAD NO, THREW HIS ARMS UP and cut the lights. Y'all didn’t close for another 30 mins, claim to be a 10-min service and couldn’t provide that service or at the VERY LEAST!!! An explanation as to why y'all were closing early? If you would’ve just came out and said you’re closing shop for the night - that would’ve been one thing and I would’ve completely respected that, it was the fact you did what you did, with zero communication. I apologize for coming 30 minutes before close, even though as any working person knows, you typically are supposed to work up until the time you leave, I myself typically don’t get back to the area until after 6 from my own job. I really needed an oil change, & was gonna give you guys a shot, but I guess this is why valvoline is going to continue getting my money. Please, do better.

  So they need a line marked. I was behind the next person to go in the left bay. They went in and someone pulled to the right bay. I thought we were ina single line so when the person to the right pulled out another person pulled behind them. The person ahead of me was still in the bay and then when I finally went in the person on the right had already left the bay and the the person who pulled behind them when in the same time as me but started receiving work first and left the bay first. That was way too much time wasted for a 90 dollar oil change.

  Done so fast, why make an appointment at a garage where they would take 45 mins, when once you pull in a Strickland Brothers its 10 minutes!!! And they gave me a bottle of water and an air freshner!!
