I was pulled in as soon as I arrived without delay, they immediately got my cars info and my hood popped and started the process while obtaining all my information. There was no time wasted at all on their part. I’ve never been anywhere to have my oil changed that was this fast. Thank you all!

Then they overfilled my coolant reservoir without asking me which I will confirm on Monday was not the correct coolant. I called customer care add they offered a discount that did not amount to what I was overcharged. Besides being expensive, this is the first issue I have had with valvoline but it is a big one.
- JMJennie MackieSep 28, 20251.0We went to Valvoline on 9/19/2025 for an oil change on my vehicle. We asked them to take the skid plate off and give it to us as it was rattling. The boy who changed my oil did not take the skid plate off and had said that he did not need to take it off to change the oil. I was then informed that my serpentine belt needed changed. Told us how much it was my husband told them to go ahead and change it. The manager then started to take off my serpentine belt and was pulling on my pulley and said he could get it to go forward but not backwards which they don’t go backwards. He ended up breaking my tensioner pulley. I had told them to be careful with my engine dip stick tube. They decided to pull as hard as they could and my seal is now inside of my oil pan which now I will need another oil change. My dip stick tube is so loose it’s rattling around making a bunch of noise. As we were coming home last night from a road trip my car started to have a weird smell to it. Thanks to valvoline my car almost caught on fire last night due to everything that they caused. I don’t even believe that my car had an actual oil change considering that they did not take the skid plate off.
