  My vehicle was taken to Elm Grove Collision after being t-boned in an intersection. They began repairing the body then found additional suspension damage. When repairing the initial suspension damage, they found more damage which included the rear subframe cradle. At this point there was already so much invested in the repair, I assume the insurance company wanted to continue versus a loss. The vehicle was there nearly 2.5 months. Upon picking up the vehicle and getting on the highway, I noticed an oscillation type vibration and a droning sound that was not present prior to the accident. I returned the vehicle and they realligned the vehicle and rebalanced the tires. When I picked up the vehicle, it still had the same issue so I returned it again. Elm Grove Collision sent the vehicle to Elm Grove Dodge and they said it was brakes. I went to Elm Grove Dodge to ride with them and pointed out that it was at highway speeds and not braking. One rep felt and heard, another said he heard something but didnt think he felt it. They were going to check it and send it to their other dealership and body shop in Glen Dale. Over 3 weeks later not a thing has been done. Its just been sitting there. Communication from Elm Grove Collision was spotty at best. The service rep would call and when asked questions about the additional repairs and supplemental work would state that he doesnt know, that his manager told him to call and he is in a different building so doesnt really know. When he sent the car to Elm Grove Dodge, he didnt explain what I told him. Poor service and communication all around. They just want to wash their hands of the vehicle verses trying to find out what is wrong and fix it.

  My car was wrecked a few days before Christmas. They got me in the day that I called to have someone look at it, and got it repaired very quickly considering the holidays and time off in between. All employees were very nice, and kept me updated on everything during the process. The necessary parts were replaced and my car looks brand new. I would definitely recommend Elm Grove Collision Center.
