  From start to finish, Northside was professional, courteous, efficient, and welcoming. A huge thank you to Kim for providing credible knowledge and a pleasant atmosphere from the start of a hello to discussing and finalizing the purchase of my vehicle. When the time comes, I would absolutely consider going through Northside for future endeavors.

  Probably the best customer service i have ever had. Tim Newsom took my call about a truck about 5pm. He wanted to check to make sure it was there and available before I made the 1.5 hour drive. Not only was it available he secured the keys put it on hold a d told me to come today (knowing I wouldn't get there until 6:30- 6:45). When I got there the truck was pulled up front waiting on me. Great customer service from him and even met the owner Ron. Tim stayed there not only to complete the sale but also to help set everything up in the truck. Got all done like 8:30-9:00 (1.5-2 hours after close) and I didn't feel rushed at all he made sure all my questions where answered. Would highly recommend and intend to go back to him for another purchase in the near future.

  I never bought a GMC before and I really liked the terrain. I really liked the sales person kim she made us feel like we had known her for years things went really easy and fast I would definitely recommend them in Summersville wv

  Mike Gregory was amazing he performed a miracle i purchased a beautiful 2026 Sierra 1500 pro for a work truck hes a excellent car salesmen that man has earned my business as long as he works there I'll never buy from another I absolutely appreciate everything he did for me from the very beginning he made me feel at ease its very nerve racking when your about to purchase a vehicle he had a way about him that was very comforting every time I've ever bought a vehicle from a dealership I felt hustled I knew they just cared about the money and bonus they were about to receive not this time I no for a fact Mike puts his heart on the line everyday for his customers hes not just thinking about selling that one car hes thinking about everything to bring these customers back I will never buy from another person he earned a lifetime customer getting me approved was not easy like I said I was turned down 3 times already he would not give up till he got this deal done and when he did it was later in the evening I was working 2 and a half hours away that man waited bye his self for me to get there to get my truck he didn't leave the dealership till after 8 the whole process was smooth the communication was outstanding I knew exactly what was going on the hole time he walked me threw everything no hidden fees nothing he did great even after all the paper work and was about to leave he did a full walk around of inside and out of the truck to make sure I knew everything I needed to thank you Mike Gregory you will always have my loyalty and business you couldn't have done better I wanted to also say thank you to anyone who helped get this deal done me and my family greatly appreciate it.
