I live 3 hours away and contacted Mid-State Ford by phone and spoke with the person who handles the Internet sales and she put in contact with Justin. Justin answered all my questions and he the sales manager, Dominick, were excellent to work with through out the process. I was able to get an exceptionally clean used vehicle at what I feel was a very fair price. No high pressure at all, a very helpful , knowledgeable and personable sales person. What more could one want when searching for your next vehicle. Give Mid-State Ford a try, I think you'll be glad you did.
- JIJack Tinney IIMar 22, 20262.0I was told “The Works” would be around $86. My truck takes 9 quarts, so I expected it to cost a little more, no surprise there. Then they said the engine air filter and cabin air filter needed to be replaced, and I approved it. The real shock came at checkout: the total was over $230. Apparently, they charge separate labor fees for each filter on top of the service itself. That was never clearly explained upfront. One would expect “The Works” to actually cover everything, with a single labor charge—not multiple add-on labor fees for simple filter changes. Definitely not happy with the lack of transparency on pricing. Prices list detailing all costs should be posted in lobby!
