Received call from Northside about my appointment they said the appointment was for a 2019 Acadia not my 2022 XT6 Cadillac. Went back to Northside talked to (RUSSELL)he said someone had messed the appointment up but he would write it up if they had the parts /thermostat and temperature sensor they would get it done. Took about 10 minutes and (RUSSELL) came out and informed me they had the parts and they would install thermostat and sensor. Personal Opinion if not for RUSSELL the work on my vehicle wood had to be rescheduled. RUSSELL IS A GOOD MAN YOU NEED TO KEEP HIM!!
