- JJJenn1 day ago1.0got notice car was due for service. inquired about what would be covered and given a price. when we showed up for appointment, they acted like they knew nothing about the conversation they had had with me and 'couldn't find the quote'. they then changed the oil and rotated the tires and charged me $85. the oil wasn't full and we had to tighten the tires up before we got home because they left them loose. they gave me a list of stuff wrong with the car- list included new air filter (and i just put one on it with the last oil change- less than a month ago- so i'm pretty sure it didn't need that). They said i needed new pads on the front and brakes and rotors for the rear - for which they wanted to charge me over $1000- for BRAKES! it is like a 2 hour job! Over all, totally disappointed and not likely to return.
