  The person I dealt with, Luke Browne, was very easy to deal with. I have rented from the St. Albans location many times. Luke and the others in that store have always been professional and take the time to explain the rental agreement and process. I will definitely use them again.

  I am giving them a 1 star on customer service. They used to be a company known for good customer service. But this last time I was in there I dealt with a lot of young men, not to say that is the reason because I have a 22 year old that is in the workforce but he has excellent customer service and empathy. From the moment I had my issues they were very dismissive of me the manager was standing in front of me shrugging in shoulders I asked him not to do that, not to be dismissive before I even tell him what my problem was, his response was the sun was in his eyes. FYI i shrugged my shoulders it helped me not one bit with the sun in my eyes. In trying to explain the disappoint in their customer service he just starring at me very uninterested in what I said I finished with I really thought it would have been better. He said, you are not my only customer. I am busy I have had 270 customers today. I do not know what the big deal is it is a rental car that what you are going to be in for a week. Most dismissive snarky manager I have ever dealt with in all my years of dealing with retail places.

  Have a rental from the airport. while driving the work, the wiper flew off. Told me that's a different system, "cant do anything for me". I've have a rental for 4 years non stop with Enterprise, and i switched out issues from Airports to this locations before. I called another location who at least directed me to a place to get the wiper repaired... Horrible customer service, and down right rude. I will ensure no one from my company uses this location.

  Super easy and prompt service. Submitted a request for a car last night and someone called me to schedule pickup a 7:20am this morning. Truly appreciate the quick and professional service! I have to apologize to this team as last time I was very disappointed because they did not have the car I requested available but it was due to the cars engine light being on and not anything they had control over. This team is the quickest and most professional in the area.
