- JAJohnny Anaya4 days ago1.0Well the car was great, the problem was the 1200.00 in over charges that was charged to my credit card for a 260.00 charge, then the complete and disregard for my credit account, to continue to charge and charge and charge even after things were supposed to be fixed, 5 days later my card was charged again and the car was already returned. And all I got was sorry we didnt see it was returned, Isaac the district manager some what helped but I believe their should have been more to this, because now the lender ive been working with to buy my house has had many questions about the account and all the things that went wrong. How exactly am I supposed to explain this to them? My credit score because of this took a 7 point hit because they showed over charged by more than 1000.00, all the transactions added up never even came close to that. So no I will not ever rent from enterprise again and will do everything in my power to make sure everyone I know does not rent from your company ever.

I couldn’t get to car reserved in one of it’s location in South Charleston with horrible service but my driver took me here after referred first from Charleston location where a young African American attendant couldn’t accommodate as they had no extra vehicles but made calls and directed me to Saint Albans and found a young Caucasian man who honored the reservation and made it a breeze !! Excellent customer service to the core! This is a deserving future branch manager. Great job
