  Rock Hamer was kind, helpful, chill. Not at all pushy. I got exactly what I was looking for, for what I wanted my payments to be. Definitely recommend! Financing was a breeze and everything was explained clearly. I love my 2026 Hyundai Santa Cruz!

  I took my car to Moses auto repair for minor bumper repairs. When they put the bumper back on they said it “coded”, that it is common with bumper repairs and it was sent to Hyundai. The code was “cleared” the day after I get the vehicle back the check engine light comes on and one of my back bumper sensors went out so I take it back to Moses. They again send to Hyundai and I am now told it needs an oxygen sensor and spark plugs and a back sensor that would be covered by State Farm. After texting a “long term team member” at the company a tech calls me and now says it’s not a back sensor it’s the front wiring harness that has corrosion. So it now went from clearing codes to over 9000$ in work needed. I pick the car up the next the day the tech walked away while I was trying to get an understanding of what happened to my vehicle,that was working fine before all of this. I drove the car not even a block before discovering now none of my sensors are working nor the cameras used for parking. I then noticed in several places my bumper wasn’t snapped back on fully. So I tried texting the “long term team member” back received no response. Terrible customer service not to mention I bought this “certified”car there, a condenser replaced(within 60 days, a transmission(within 2 years)replaced and now alleged corroded wiring harness(3years). Also they did find time to do safety recalls not authorized by me during their “diagnostic” on my vehicle!

  Our experience from start to finish was great! No high pressure on anything. I recommend Joseph as a salesman and Chris in finance to anyone in need of a great vehicle and excellent service!

  I had a terrible experience with this dealership and would not recommend them to anyone. I was given specific information and pricing over the phone/text to get me to come in, but once I arrived, everything completely changed. The car I was told about wasn’t even there, and the numbers we had discussed suddenly didn’t exist. It felt like I was deliberately misled just to get me through the door. When I questioned it, I didn’t get a straight answer—just more runaround. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of people’s time. If a dealership has to lie to get customers in, that says everything you need to know.
