  This is this is the second time in 5 years that we have purchased a car from Joe Holland Chevrolet. Both times we have had excellent experiences from our salesman Benny Morton, all the way down to signing the final paperwork. I recommend any one to go to Joe Holland Chevrolet in Charleston, WV

  I shopped locally in Kentucky for a Tahoe and spent hours driving around, looking at inventory, and letting dealerships know I was a serious buyer. The best offer I received was only $1,200 off sticker — and that was when I could even get someone to respond to my requests. Then I heard from Benny at Joe Holland Chevrolet. He was very nice, easy to talk to, answered all of my questions, and consistently followed up. We worked out a fair price, and he even arranged shipping directly to my door. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Sam and his wife delivered my Tahoe 320 miles. They were a very pleasant surprise — personable, professional, and great to talk with. I truly enjoyed our conversation. Car buying isn’t what it used to be before COVID, but the team at Joe Holland Chevrolet is top-notch. I highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a vehicle.

  They scammed me on a 2012 Chevy Cruze that had issues. It was sold to me at 9k while it's real value is less than 2k. Told me repairs had been done to raise the price, this was a lie. I had to take it in for repairs a few months later totaling over a thousand dollars. Now the car is showing symptoms of the same issue again all within having the car less than year. As long as I live in WV I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. You should all be ashamed.

  I recently purchased my new Chevy Colorado LT from Joe Holland Chevrolet, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. From the moment I made online contact with Cody, I was greeted upon my arrival with a friendly smile, a firm handshake, and zero pressure from my sales consultant, David Good. He had the Colorado ready when I arrived, answered all of my questions, and guided me through every step with patience and professionalism. The pricing was transparent, the trade-in offer was fair, and the paperwork was handled by Roger Miller quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate the effort they put in to making sure I felt confident with my purchase. I highly recommend Joe Holland to anyone seeking an honest and stress-free experience!

  My heat at the floorboard was blowing cold air, freezing cold air. At the same time blowing hot air out my defrost. This went on for a couple of weeks before I made an appointment with Joe holland Chevrolet service department. I went in Caleb, which does a fine job tells me that it’s going cost me $160 for diagnostic. I’m at the mercy because my car has an extended warranty on it so you have to agree to the price. I believe this diagnostic cost has went up $60. I may be wrong but it’s still very high. I received a video of them looking over my vehicle. This video shows a mechanic walking from the back of my vehicle to the front of my vehicle, saying that he tried all the heater controls and they work fine. I did not see where he lifted the hood looked for any kind of venting problems. I didn’t see where they lifted it to see if maybe there was a venting problem. I don’t know where the vents are, but I know what my vehicle was doing and they are telling me that they tried all the controls and it works fine and they charged me $160 and talking to other people mechanics included because I work with mechanics everybody was speaking of a modulator vent control flap that may have been getting stuck. They didn’t even check for that. I have the video to prove it. For all I know it was a sales person that walked around my car and said we tried all the knobs and it works just fine. I do not trust Joe holland after seeing this video and them charging me for $160 for them to turn my knobs and tell me that everything is fine. Keep ripping off the people that can pay a bill and you’ll no longer have people that can pay your bills.
